On May 8, 2017, The Idaho Club hosted a media day during which its new owner, Valiant Idaho LLC, announced plans for relaunching real estate sales in partnership with Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty and Idaho Pinnacle Properties.
Real Estate agents, Rich Curtis of Southeby’s and Alex Murray of Idaho Pinnacle Properties, will be managing the sales out of the temporary clubhouse located at 216 Clubhouse Way, Sandpoint, ID, and are available to take prospective property buyers for a tour of all available lots for sale.
In conjunction with the relaunch of property sales, Valiant Idaho also released architectural renderings of what will be the new permanent clubhouse and lake club. As the renderings reveal, Valiant Idaho is going to be building a “modern mountain” clubhouse and lake club that will usher in a new era at The Idaho Club.
As the prior clubhouse was destroyed by a fire in 2008, Valiant Idaho plans rebuild in the same footprint and on the same foundation.
Valiant Idaho’s managing member, William Haberman, believes that the new clubhouse represents a “significant development, not just for current and future property owners at The Idaho Club, but for the greater Sandpoint community.”
The old clubhouse was a key gathering place in Sandpoint and was a venue that hosted important events and occasions where great memories were created.
“We couldn’t be any more excited about our plans to develop a mountain modern clubhouse and lake club to Sandpoint,” said Haberman.
